Zebulon is an antagonist to Percival Brightscale. He is an emperor that acts just like a spoiled brat. Since Percival is of royal blood, he sees Percival as a threat since he can't rule over anyone that royalty. He wants him captured or destroyed at all costs. He has a robot pet named Mecha-Percival, a robot doppelganger. Many models of Mecha-Percival were made. He also has a hired partner named Maximilius, a bounty hunter also after Percival. Maxi is paid big bucks due to Zebulon being a rich emperor.
