The people in my life, both at home and at work, place far too much dependence on me to do even simple things they could do for themselves if I weren't here. Sometimes, especially when I'm really tired, it gets to me but I'm not in a position where I can really do or say anything about it so it comes out in little doodles like this. On this day at work, I felt like I really, truly needed a warm supportive hug that I wasn't going to get otherwise. I normally don't bother with these after drawing them (especially since most are rather violent and gory) but liked how the serene emotion came through on this one.
