While her cousin Nathalia rules from her mountain with an almighty hoard full of jewels and gold, Kida is a much more reserved ruler, with the wardrobe to match. She figures the bounty that the seas have to offer are the greatest treasure, worth far more than the physical items Nathalia brags about, so much so that her hoard is in fact the entire ocean in which she resides.
