This looks a lot like a book cover for a best-selling sci-fi or fantasy novel yet to make its way out into the world. The variety between circle/dot stars, four-pointed stars, and five-pointed stars makes it charming like a youth's art project, a handmade outfit, or finely stitched fabric for some outfit, with the constellation lines resembling stitches that weave into and out of outer space, making the universe look like it has spatial depth. The larger-than-life, magical appearance of the characters reminds me of a Miyazaki, Hideaki Anno, or Makoto Shinkai anime film where otherworldly creatures/powers can in fact be befriended and allied with.
