Hello everyone,
The wings are almost completed. Here is a picture of both of them next to each other. I'll be finishing up the secondary feathers tonight, put on secondary covert feathers on (Top feathers on secondary feathers). Then I just cover up the skeleton of the wings with the long pile fur that I have. Then, I have to make the gold rings for the arms of the wings to match up with Shiron exactly.
Hope everyone likes these so far.

Oh! Wanted to mention...when you cover the frame with a fur overlap, be sure you have it in two separate pieces, so that the fur won't make a big wrinkle over the wrist joint when the wings are fully spread, or pull too much over the joint when the wings are relaxed. You can put a band of white elastic cloth (or some other white stretchy material, like stretch velour/velvet) between the two fur pieces to conceal the joint, and overlap the two fur pieces over that. Hope that makes sense. :)
