I have wanted to draw this for ages x3, so last week I started and I just got time to finish it ^ ^

I like the idea of Scar taking Simba back to the pride and not telling him to run. Cause if Simba loves scar like a father he won't deny Scar the throne ^ ^

But then I got the idea of if he did that Simba would always have his mothers and the prides "accusing" eyes on him so he in a way gives up...

Hopefully this will clear things up

The sky was still clouded yet the rain refused to fall, tree's withered and animals perished, it was as though the land itself mourned for the loss of its Great King.
Scar gave no help, the hyena's took everything the lionesses caught and all he could say was "Go find something else.", now the pride new the only one who could save them was the great King's only Heir and Son Simba...But after witnessing his fathers tragic death Simba was a broken young lion. Everyone could see this as slowly his gorgeous golden coat became a dirt coloured mess, his meant to be flowing mane lagged growth and stuck up everywhere, and his once strong body was now weak and thin.

He was a mere shadow of the cub he used to be, everyone tried to get through to him and make him fight, even Nala tried and failed...Everything looked so hopeless, their king was an insane tyrant and their prince was an empty shell.
