This time it's one of TRAIN's OCs, Dana Houston. One of his Special Deputy U.S. Marshals.
These don't generally have backgrounds, but I tried whipping one up using assets from Clip Studio Paint and grass brushes. Turned out pretty good, I think.

She’s a beautiful character and all, don’t get me wrong. But personally, I think carnivores would make better law enforcers based on their fear factor alone. Not to mention their high protein diet would likely make them less lenient towards criminals, which is exactly what any polite society needs.
