Executive Silver: Heheh...now that we've gotten that pesky Giovanni out of the picture, Team Rocket is ours to do with as we please. This whole region--no, the entire world will be ours to control once we get a hold of as many Pokemon as we can to do our dirty work. Marvelous idea, don't you think dear sister?

Executive Chizuru: But of course brother. Our radio wave tests in the Lake of Rage proved to be a success. Not only did our "treatments" to the lake force all those boring Magikarp to evolve into Gyarados, our radio signals from Mahogany Town have all put them under our total control. Now, if we apply that same technology with Goldenrod's radio tower, we'll have Pokemon all across the region bending to our will. *chuckles evily before turning towards Gaki* What's the status over at the tower?

Gaki: Everything's going smoothly Miss, more than I expected actually. The place barely had any security; we just waltzed right in, hehe.

Executive Chizuru: Ah, excellent. We're ready to get this show on the road. Time to show Johto that Team Rocket's back and badder than ever!
