You do realize that things in the comic - the story it tells, dialogs, action and all - shouldn't be too rushed, right?
If things were too hurried up, short and straight to the point, without many dialogs in it, etc etc, the story would end before it could even start.
And every good story (be it in form of a game, movie, anime or a comic or whatever), should have it's characters have their own unique personality, and Rivenlod seem to be a calm, intelligent and calculating type, so the scenes with him should have it's not-super-fast pace. And even if he wasn't like that, it's one of very few moments that he's actually "on the camera" for longer than just one or two short comic panels, so let him be there and talk for a moment lol.
Story, world lore, characters, dialogs, action, the pace, all of those, for any story, for it to be immersive cool enjoyable alive and not stiff/dead etc etc, it can't be happening too fast.
Don't get me wrong, I do feel the frustration of wanting to see the story trough too, see the next pages, see how it goes and unravels. But it can't be helped, it takes a lot of time and effort to make the pages, and Ripli is drawing it all by herself, drawing it all, and she has her private life and problems in it so she can't draw next comic pages 24/7. So all we can do is arm ourselves with patience and wait ^^

Yep, we sure have no idea what she did that he wants her dead. It's pretty interesting, since Rivenlod doesn't seem like the type who would want to kill someone without a reason or just for the fun of it, so there must be a good reason that he wants her death, but what is it then? Well, we don't have any data to base on to make any good guess of what can be the case, so well, all we can do for now is just watch.

Well, wouldn't you be? Killed by a lesser, weak and inexperienced, inferior puny excuse for a 'demon', and killed with a ignissite-blade(or whatever he called it) that you just handed to, blade that's "insanely expensive and rare". There's plenty of reasons to be pissed, isn't? xd
Well, if you died in a spar/fight with your student, and died because of insane training which provided them with enough power to defeat you, if they defeated you because they actually became stronger than you, surpassed you, then yes, then it would be a 'good job', good job on training under someone, growing in power and even surpassing them, but it was not the case here and you know it lol.
Oh Jonty, you screwed the pooch big time as the saying goes... At least we know the ending, boy howdy the trips not even close to done and it's getting so bad. Hope there's an upswing into good soon but only time will tell (using this emote to try and be cute, ignore the fact it's the whatever one :'D)
Wait, wasn't stephen just there with jonty? If he's back from the afterlife and in the real world again with lexus and clem, then he could tell her what happened thus ruining lexus's disguise. Come to think of it, Lexus's cover is probably already blown since teleportation is a thing. It wouldn't have taken any time for stephen to go right to clem and explain it all.
Maybe i'm overthinking it, but it's kind of a little late to hunt him down now. If the plan was going to work, they would have needed to take him out of the picture before this point.
