Despite generally maintaining civillian public servant positions such as police officers, first responders, and search and rescue specialists, an uplifted individual's main purpose is as a weapon of war. This can conflict with their generally passive and empathetic attitudes, necessary for living among people so much smaller than themselves, but the desire to protect loved ones and their comrades in arms is more than enough to spur a soldier into action.

The main weapon in an uplifted's arsenal is their own body. They wear heavy armor suits to augment their own cybernetic toughness, with starship grade plating that allows their melee attacks to rip through most ground vehicles like a hot knife through butter. Their 120 mm revolvers can work on almost anything up to a main battle tank in a pinch as well.
