ok so this is based off a story my mom used to tell me as a child. I went something along the lines of "if you fall into the ocean and your drowning a fish will come to you wearing a strange glowing necklace. It will give you a necklace just like the one it is wearing and if you put it on you will instantly be able to breath BUT in return you turn into a fish!
