Here is another of my new OCs.

Hine is a dog and the daughter of the Chief of the Fali Tribe. The Fali Tribe is one of the three major tribes living in the Grand Cross. The Fali Tribe lives near and trades with Salibad and are renowned for their green thumbs. The Fali Tribe grows flowers, fruits, and veggies and often trades and for some strange reason, they give a married couple a dead fish as tradition.
