I can relate, I'm always perpetually tired. I've not a daytime person and lately I've been taking a lot of medicine that only makes me even sleepier (have to, I've got a lot of joint pain and muscle tingliness and was just recently diagnosed with young arthritis )
I never sleep bare chested though :-D
