I have literally spend four hours on ONE layer of feathers, my paint method is incredibly tedious just lots of layering up and light stokes to give them shape and have them look soft but Jesus. so tedious

If anybody has any suggestions or any tutorials to speed up this process with a similar or slightly more simplified result please feel free to drop knowledge on me. This is murder on my hand and I've yet to finish the background ><
