I personally really love the head and neck areas, they look very finished in terms of colouring, moreso than the rest of the body... I also feel like the sketchyness around the tail detracts from the image... =\ maybe simply cleaning it up a bit would make it less distracting from the beautiful colours on the character?

Lovely though, poor fish :)
