This piece was drawn by 
jrcarter and shows his character Kayla aka Voltage Vixen II at Contessa Rossinardo's Fashion Boutique trying on a dress that was designed by the dress's designer, Sophia Rossinardo aka Italia, the Italian National Heroine, with the latter looking on with pride. It would seems that Kayla likes the dress, since she doesn't smile often.
