America's enemies do not limit their activities above land. Therefore, America's military does not limit its activities above land.
Have been wanting to draw another picture of Bud in military uniform underwater. It's interesting to balance various aspects such as the desire to carry things (can be quite helpful) while trying to stay hydrodynamic. Gun based on the Russian ADS amphibious rifle which is designed to function underwater (sadly America has not put a lot of R&D into guns that work underwater). Camo colors based on the (now retired) US Navy’s NWU Type I.
Did some experimenting with the shading. Also tried on some watercolor brushes while doing the background.
