Another wardrobe study for Luthien, this time for more casual outfits she'd wear around her home and the surrounding forest. While the High Court set was based heavily on classic Elvish style as seen in the Peter Jackson films, for these I wanted to inject a little more of my own personality into them. I stuck with the green but I played around a little more with the various elements of each outfit and included a few more colors.

So, these are some examples of everyday wear - she could be tending her garden, carrying out household chores, walking the forest trails, etc. I wanted these to look like something she could move around and be comfy in. The rose dress is perhaps slightly more "dressed up" than the other three, so maybe its something she'd wear for a romantic dinner with Pachua or something. ^_^

I'll be finishing up the final set this upcoming week, getting into the sexier side of her wardrobe, stuff she'd wear for special occasions if you know what I mean. (And with that will come a rather interesting bit of info about Tolkien elves and sex that I've learned, so be ready for that. lol) Once these are complete, I am planning to move onto house design and probably also some full illustrations of Luthien. This concept work has been a lot of fun though and I may continue to toss things like this out there every so often.
