If by meat you mean living breathing human beings, then yes, lot of violence towards defenseless meat.
Orc cuisine? This big boi is an Ogre, unless you mean... Orc cuisine, as in, made with Orc Meat.. Though he would consider it a little too tough and gamey, even with those teeth.

Let's try to differentiate them:
Ogre: --- Orc:
White skin - Green Skin
10 Feet Tall - 7 Feet Tall
Fat as all hell - Lean Green Killing Machine
The biggest difference is that Ogres are a lot like onions, and Orcs, not so much.
(Ogres = Shrek)
(Orcs = Blanca from Street Fighter)
