A sabretoothed cat and a fearsome crocodile dwelling in the river are an unlikely pairing. How did the two meet? What purpose drives them together?

Some stories say that it was the crocodile who found the feline wounded by a riverbank and showed kindness to the wounded predator and helped him heal and regain his strength.

Others say the opposite: that a reptile wandering far from his homeland found the company of a lone feline hunter, driven out from his clan for reasons unknown.
