I put in so much work already. This is to help get even bigger. I do it 2-4 times a day, especially after protein filled meals

I do eat lots of protein with this as an after work out refreshment. I do rest only a few hours because I try to stop and get good rest, but I just can’t stop working. I’ve been doing this for weeks now, and I just keep doing what I like doing, and look at me now. It’s great
