Morgana is an old witch known mostly for her unsavory feeding habits and remarkable potions, questionable acts are uncommon among witches, but Morgana goes far beyond to the point she disgust even other sisters in the art, and contrary to most her story is not of tragedy, at least not for her.
300 years ago Morgana had a spoiled childhood being one of many daughters of a rich merchant family she had almost everything she wanted, but she cared little for toys or dresses the only gifts she cared for were of the edible kind, she was always hungry, even as a young girl she could easily eat more than a adult men in a single meal, she would only feel bare satisfied when her belly was bloated from so much food and she couldn't phisicaly ingest more.Her parents cared very little since her father was always busy in the schemes of the merchants guild and her mother was of beletiahn origin and always saw her daughter's monstrous appetite as a sign of good health,the only ones who caused her some problems were her sisters, who used to poke fun of her almost always bloated belly, because of this Morgana had the habit of eating the pets of her sisters just to get revenge,countless birds, hamsters, rats, fishes and even a snake became her snacks.
Different from her sisters, Morgana actually had academic interests, with the abundant money of her family had access to prime quality education and eventually she graduated as an alchemist in the prestigious university of Valencia, but she still had a duty with her family so around the age of 23 she was forced to mary the son of a powerful and wealthy bussinesman, she cared very little for this since more money meaned more food and more possibilities to work on her alchemical passion, she set a remarkably well equiped lab on her husband's manor and spent most of her days working there.
Using her father's connections she could buy books and manuscripts from all over the world to help in her experiments, one day in particular she found peculiar book among the inventory of a questionable merchant, that book "called her" deep in her soul, she had to bring that home, it was old, trough chemical testing Morgana discovered that manuscript on her hands was at least 800 years old, it had nothing to do with chemistry but its content captivated her, it was allegly the diary of a real witch, it described in detail the daily routine of a young sorceress trying to discover and improve her powers, Morgana as a woman of science laughed at that, but as her reading progressed she found more and more similarities between her and that young witch, paranormal events, strange dreams and visions were always part of Morgana's life exactly like the diary described, her curiosity grew so much that she eventually began to try the spells of that book, and for her absolute shock, they worked!
It was hard to believe but she was really a witch like the ones in the fairy tales! she was thrilled with the possibilities, later she expanded even more her lab to accommodate her new experiments, her husband supected of nothing, he was more concerned with social meetings and keeping the money flowing,from the arts she learned from that book the potion brewing was the one who get most of her attention, she had the talent for that this combined with her alchemical expertiese made her potions unbelivably strong, she mastered many complex brews with ease, like the love potion and the face swaping potion, she took full advantage of that mostly for her fun, she could had any man she desired with few drops of her potions, at first she used this just to get free dinners on posh restaurants but didn't took long for Morgana to engage in the most carnal possibilities.
In the peak of her decadence she had 8 secret lovers, but after she got pregnant as consequence she choose a single one to keep as a secret fun, the pregnancy was easy experience for her since she could mitigate all the painful parts with potions and she was used to walk around with bloated belly, in fact her family only discovered about it when she gave birth to her twins,they looked nothing like her husband but he kept his mouth shut since making a drama about it could endanger his public image,In overall life was really good for Morgana at that period...until she put everything to lose, in one of her sessions with her lover she took a little longer and her husband got her in flagrant, he was aware he was being cuckolded and didnt cared too much, but Morgana didn't knew it exactly, when her husband put his hand on his pocket she thought he was about to grab his pistol so she quickly grabed her wand and blasted him with a spell that tore him in 2 halves, in this moment her lover freaked out in fear and she had to kill him with a spell too since he was witness to not just the murder but of her supernatural powers.
Now she had 2 mangled bodies of 2 influential man who would be missed by a lot of people, her trouble was beyond big and no spell could fix out that situation, she had to think fast, so first she dismissed all the house servants , then she dragged the 2 bodies to her laboratory, she had no way to burn them,melt them or to bury them, as a desperate idea she tought, "why not eat them?" she pondered for some hours until the hunger made her decide, she began to voracilously devour the bodies, she was a hungry glutton but that was a lot of meat, she took almost 5 days to consume both corpses, after all that macabre feasting she realized that her situation would not improve much anyway, the house was drenched in blood and gore, she was the only one in the place, she would get caught anyway, she had to flee, she took a bit of money, her wand, some ingredients and her 2 children and fleed.
Some days after her run away she found herself in forest with her 2 children and no food, she loved them as any mother but they were heavy and inconvenient to carry, so she did the only thing she truly regrets in her entire life to this day, she devoured her children whole... she felt pleasure on it and that really brings her creeps,after that she survived for months in the woods eating all kinds of animals and things that crawl to survive until she by a twist of fate found a group of witches hiding in that same forest, this group including Morgana would later create and lead the Crooked Oak Coven.
Nowadays Morgana is mildly respected but still considered repugnant and underachieving by other witches, altought she has value, if you have food to pay her and stomach to tolerate her she can be an amazing support in any moraly questionable scheeme you have in mind. (The traveler)
