With Earth's Empire in turmoil following the chaos of the Century War and the fall of the last Archon, Delta took command of various central fleets and helped to bring stability to various stretches of the Infinite Spiral's territory. Even before his coronation at the Imperial Palace, Earth's Moon, many already considered his rule to be in effect and the enemies of the empire quickly became aware of his devastating psychic power as entire planets where torn up by him alone across the galaxies.
Delta is historically regarded as one of the most effective Archons, bringing about a golden age for the galaxies under the rule of the IS that lasted three hundred years.
