She looks very sassy and sexy there! You did a wonderful job, i love her face, and the outfit design, and how her lipstick stands out against the white :3
The only problem I can spot, which may not be a problem at all, is that it appears you may have put her thumb on the wrong side on her right(or left, depends on how you're looking at it) hand. Other than that, this is a great image, and I love it to pieces <3 !
