This guy is my baby. Sakai was born sometime in 2005 after I stumbled on a club over at devArt. The club's not active anymore, but it still sparked my interest in anthro raptors, thus leading to what you see today. He's named after my favorite Iron Chef (the original version), Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai. He's probably one of my favorite characters I've ever created, and yet he's the asshole. Dang...

Other: Sakai, as the unofficial leader of the forest group, is a powerful pyrokinetic. The arm bands he wears actually suppress his ability to call fire, so he's been trying to break them ever since he got to the island. Jayden won't break them for him since Jayden's obviously not an idiot and doesn't want the forest burned down. However, in times of extreme emotion (like anger or excitement), he can break through and still conjure fire, though it won't be as strong as he'd hope.
