This is a picture I made using a tutorial found in DeviantArt on how to make underwater backgrounds. I tried it out and got this, which I feel is amazing, so I figured it was worthy for one of the weeks. Doing this has given me alot more confidence for making backgrounds, so don't be surprised if I make more of them.
