Okay, so, some backstory:

I was trying to make a TikTok using Silly and Soar, but I messed up a drawing of Silly.
I grew attached to the idea of a crazed version of Silly.
In my free time I decided to revisit this concept, and finally give "Psycho" a design.
My idea for him right now is that he is a copy of Silly, but resents him, and so named himself.
He tried to find a word that didn't start with S, and settled on Psycho, not realizing the P is silent.
This is all subject to change, but it's a fun idea to play with for now. ^-^,
This is just a sketch, but I don't plan to finish this one.
