This's my OverWatch character. he actually is BASED in O.W. but he flip flops in more modern based fandoms like MHA, O.W., or just in random rp's. He's an ace male who basically is a human guinea pig for the scientists in the story. in O.W. it's moira. he already had lost his legs as a child and had started to lose his eyesight. Thanks to (insert scientist from rp/story here) they gave him the chance to have a more normalized life, but with the possibility to blip out, and for the time, lose his control of his own body for the scientist's work. (usually some lethal tests that's best he doesn't remember for his own saftey) He wears the headphones which can connect to a set of visors that can tap into the vision recognition part of his brain so he can well... see! The headphones can muffle the world around him, block out all sounds, or just be used as basic headphones. They also double as a stabilizer for his visor. His robotic arm can transform into a sound based cannon and is used as his main weapon.
