Ever since I started my new job, I've had a lot of free time to perform activities and hobbies I've always wanted to pursue!

On July 2nd, I started taking Krav Maga!

Already, one month into Krav Maga, and I feel better, happier, stronger, I'm growing into the best shape of my life, and my mental strength has increased too.

I just started, still at Level 1, so it'll take me a few years before I can really master this. At first I was having difficulty and making numerous mistakes. I felt down at first, but my instructor told me that I've greatly improved over the few weeks I've been there. Not to mention when I asked him how he was when he started Krav Maga, he said "I was Bambi on ice." That made me feel better.

Anyway, this is me, performing Krav Maga!
