An idea I had for doing a T-shirt, but lost the original artwork to somebody, so the art you see is a 3rd generated copy, thus, the pixelation is not too fine. One of these days I'm going to spruce this up and actually make T-shirts out of it or prints...I dunno.

As a regular work of art, this is great. But, as a T-shirt, the subject might get "lost" in the image. Specifically, from a distance (i.e., in the thumbnail) the coyote doesn't read well against the background.
If I may offer a suggestion: Lose the background. The image of the coyote dragging the roadrunner would, I think, convey the message perfectly (along with the caption "VICTORY"). Either that, or alter the perspective, especially on the road, to make your horizon line much lower (down to around the coyote's ankles, perhaps). That would make an excellent T-shirt design.

An epic suggestion, sir... though at the time, I was trying to convey some of Chuck Jones "feel" of scenery (ACTUALLY, that would be credited to Maurice Binder...I think that was his name...the background artist favorite of Jones.) ALSO, at that time... I was stuck with certain primitive materials and lack of refinement sense, BUT... through expensive means, i.e. copy shop, I produced only two shirts: one I gave to Michael-scot McMurry, and of course, myself. Throughout those years I have worn the shirt, I have received no comment about the design being diluted or otherwise...in fact, all I got was praise for the idea just for itself (nice feel). I do intend to improve on the model using digital means or even start from scratch if I have to, and your suggestions will play a part in them, but I'd like to keep the elements intact for the simple reason it's my contrivance that has generated interest in a T-shirt idea (again). When this all comes about, I'll post it on FA and see what everyone thinks...just don't expect it overnight
I look forward to it! And let me say again, it is a great drawing! But if my modest suggestions can help improve it in any way, all the better.
I think you may be referring to Maurice Noble, who was a background artist for Jones and Disney. Henry Binder was Assistant Producer to Leon Schlesinger.

Good catch there, sir... It's been so long since I have seen any of the WB toons that used to play constantly on the freewaves of TV. I browse now and then to YOUTUBE for uncut episodes, but they take forever to download Yes, indeed... NOBLE was a great influence on me art wise.
