That's right, kids! That's why, when I shop at the movies, I always choose: Car-O-Leum, the only butter substitute made specially for cars! It goes on popcorn smoother and faster than anything those Germans can engineer. Pfaugh! They think they're so great! Well let's try and see them speak Spanish! Ha! I thought so.
Been there. Literally... actually. I used to work at a theater, too. We gave away the free bonus cards during those annoying pre-previews. I'd have them mute the sound, do my little pitch, and gave the cards out then. Was a hell of a lot easier when people are bored than having to ambush them in the lobby, when everyone's in a hurry.
