I will probably add even more, but I think it’s looking pretty good now. I learned 3 things about myself in doing this:
1) I suck at shading.
2) I suck harder at perspective.
3) I am lazy.

This took a long time, and I am nowhere near satisfied with it.

It is also remarkable how lowering contrast makes things more pleasing to the eye.
