The Archvillain of our heroine Red Dragon. Wilhelm de Witt is a descendant of the same white dragon that was locked in combat with the original red dragon of Wales and killed. He leads a group of monster hunters known as the Drakenjager, and is the latest in his bloodline to take up their mission of eradicating the red bloodline from the Earth. Their dogma so twisted over the centuries that he thinks himself the hero, and his mission of killing every descendant of the red dragon a holy one.

Wilhelm has all the same powers as Red, though in some ways is even stronger and he is better trained, the benefits of passed down knowledge from his bloodline. His drive to kill her bordering on insanity.
