snagged a 1-hour sketch commission from  helmeetelgato on Saturday and was so pleased with the result that I colored it! Turns out, our styles are a really good fit :3

This is Sharur, a warrior-caste (Shedu) in my homebrew fantasy/steampunk setting. He's a Kudurru, a race evolved from insects that is clan-based and has a uniquely advanced affinity for medicine. He fights for Clan Arishaka, the Great Clan that most wishes to modernize as a strategy for maintaining independence and counterbalancing the foreign empires. I may also make him the subject of a TF story at some point :3
