This here is sort of a fusion of flavors between Indian and middle eastern style flavors. It was inspired by a dish I prepared at work and enjoyed the flavors of it immensely I took it home, made a little shift and two (Such as using ground pork here instead of pork tenderloin) and made it my own thing.
The sauce on top is a mixture of fat-free lime yogurt mixed with onions and topped with Cilantro. The meat itself is loaded with good spicyness and flavors. The Flat Bread is something called "Naan" which is a type of leavened bread that is stretched out and cooked in a Tandori oven (Which is sort of chimney shape.) A very traditional bread from India. This particular one was also garlic flavored. (They were on sale at my work recently.)

Meat:
1.25 lbs of Ground Pork
Yogurt Sauce:
1 6oz container FF Key Lime yogurt.
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
Meat Sauce: (This has a few things, but tastes quite good.)
2 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper (Red pepper is good to, a little more expensive but sweet and more red color to the dish.
1 tsp Red pepper flakes (Add more if you like, but this adds definite heat.)
1/2 tsp Ground red pepper
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Keep a little extra around to as if the mix isn't mixing in your blender well you can add some more to help get it moving and it'll be okay.)
1 1/2 tsp cumin (A very earthy and important flavor).
2/3 cup Fresh Cilantro
Other things:
2 Naan Flatbreads
Extra Cilantro for Garnish at the end
Cooking Spray
Extra Paprika for Garnish
Start by taking all of the Meat Sauce ingredients above and putting in a Food Processor (OR Blender, but a Blender will require a LOT of pulsing, it's what I used and I wish I had used the other). Set sauce aside.
Use Cooking Spray on the Naan bread and lightly cook it about a minute on each side in a saute pan, then set aside.
Add ground pork (Season with salt and pepper if desired) to a hot pan and cook till little to no pink remains. Add in Meat Sauce and cook another couple of minutes until sauce is hot and bubbly.
Mix together Yogurt and Onions.
Spoon Pork Mixture onto Flatbread, drizzle with yogurt sauce, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. I also sprinkled a little paprika around the plate to for looks.
Enjoy a dish that has a nice combination of flavors! And yes, I know if one was actually at Morocco you wouldn't find any pork there, being a Muslim country, but the flavors should be similar... This dish would actually be great with Lamb as well.
