yes it looks like dale is asking chip for it . but it's a part from one of donald duck's movie "Up A Tree" where dale says" it's a duck , with a big fanny" while pointing at his rear

Thanks fur that. I needed a good laugh. Though... they got something wrong and I hate to nitpick. But Cip and Dale are Chipmunks, and chipmunks don't live in trees.
