Sometimes we got to move with the time as to not be forgotten, just as diseases and sicknesses are constantly evolving and adapting.
Here's a modern re-imagination of Pestilence, of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Well, she has since replaced her horse with a Lamborghini Huracan. She rides on a 610 Horsepower beast of a machine, all the better to stricken you with!!
