Nah it's not sad, don't be hard on your own art like that! Not everything has to be an oil painted masterpiece, sometimes things just have to be like a technical diagram to express a concept to someone else, like when you wanna share an idea or sequence of events you have in mind, which this does nicely ~

there's no real reason to compare yourself to other people, unless it's in the sense of "this is the direction i'd like to aim at w my skill level" since it's important to keep in mind people you view as 'really good', you're seeing their art as it is right now, and you're not seeing the years of progress that went into it. everyone starts at the same place, they were making stick figures too once upon a time. you will be just as good too one day, skill is like a muscle you exercise & talent is a myth, really :3
