In Rugrats original run, Tommy was always known for his motto, “A baby’s gotta do what a baby’s gotta do!” Here we can see that even though Tommy has grown older, he still lives by that phrase. Tommy’s dream is to become a film director and to specifically reboot the Reptar film franchise. Fortunately for Tommy his little time gives him plenty of ideas.
