An absolutely wonderful and charming and ADORABLE gif that I got from the ever talented 
Murjin as a YCH.
I can openly and honestly say that, which it's not the worst year of my life to date, the year of 2020 has certainly been trying hard to compete. I've suffered several different kinds of loss, too many shocking and hurtful realizations, and so much more that honestly I could get into but no one really wants to hear about it.
But I was reminded, by good friends like Murjin as well as so many others, that it's totally okay to cry.
It's totally okay to be not okay, to need time to yourself to process things and try and sort yourself out. It's totally okay to allow yourself to grieve and feel emotions. It's okay to not be the strong one. It's okay to break a little sometimes.
You can be more than smoke and roses. There is meat upon your bones, with nerves that feel the sting of pain and loss.
You're gonna be okay. It's okay to cry.
