That makes me a bit curious what the rest of the nom squad would be like in the modern era... But I think Onyx manages quite well in her own era! Any time anyone tries to object to her focus on beauty, she just eats them (after some thorough cleaning, of course).

She doesn't always eat folks! If she can find other uses for them she will. Particularly if their brushing skills are up to scratch.

As for modern day equivelants, I've already had Fang down as some kind of Drummer. Something about the tribalal beats never really escaping her. I also imagine she still loves huge steaks and things. Basically still a bit wild and unpredictable just in a modern sense.

Medulla, I have no idea. The original picture of her was her smashing a building in modern times, before she went prehistoric. But assuming they're all non macro, I guess she'd still be a bit rough and rugged. Not quite in a Lucarina kind of way though.

Onyx, is the easiest for a modern day style. She'd just be some kind of business lady or model that keeps in wonderful shape, and only eats the best organic non GMO food and will only shop at the best supermarkets, and would only get her hair done professionally every week...

As for Scareye, she.. would probably the rough girl from out of town. I guess all four of them would be tough, just in their own ways.

Those are all fun interpretations too! As simple as they are, they've still got distinct personalities. And I can imagine Medulla gloating a bit if she'd be the only one still macro in a modern setting... not that Onyx would really care much, as being macro would complicate getting her hair done. I wonder if Scareye would follow Lucarina around trying to pick fights with her to prove she's rougher and tougher... that sounds like a very Scareye level of decision-making.

Yeah the "nom squad" really is a fun group that have grown a-lot on me especially over the past couple years ^^
