Yeah. I understand what the signs mean in railroad lingo, but you're right in that it sounds funny. I was reminded of an old comedy song about "Banging on the Piano..." (Sheesh! Kinda interesting to see a car clean and fresh from the factory. Out here the Twinks tag 'em up as fast as they hit the rails.)
Hear, Hear. It's Dangerous, Illegal, and usually results in a one way trip to jail. (All the more alluring to the young "Gang Bangah" wannabes.) It also makes things difficult and discouraging for the modern Railroad modeler. It kinda broke my heart to see rub on transfers of "Tags" in HO scale at the Whistle Stop in Pasadena recently
