Shadow Boxer represents an equine race from Geoterra, and a variant that is some form of undead, hence the skeletal wings and numerous scars.

Geoterra is a strange world, undead horse demon creatures, even when "feral" rather than "anthro", are considered people and treated as such, as they are sentient beings.
This actually skewed the world's technological advancement in such a way that motor vehicles are uncommon, as it's possible to just hire equine and bovine creatures to pull wagons and carts, and many equines fill the role of "taxi driver", offering their services pulling a passenger cart or even letting passengers ride on their backs.
