I suppose after enough tickling and laughter Kirby might have strained his voice so he won't be able to say much of anything for a while. Using the floating feathers from a distance to tickle would probably be the safest option as well in case of him accidentally inhaling someone while laughing. He might be annoying sometimes but it's a very cute tickle picture.
Well it's indeed a good option cause it could happen a mutation if he accidently eat the feather and the tickler with it X3... it will make born a barefoot-kirby than love to stuck people in his mouth and let theyrs feet out for tickle them XD.... a new character is born Kirb-ickle !
