I randomly drew this while procrastinating on something else.
If you don't know who this is (Which I'd imagine would be most people), Moxy is a character from a show called the Moxy Show. It went by a few different names throughout it's run but it's mostly known as The Moxy Show. It was one of Cartoon Network's first original cartoons, and ran from 1993 to 1995, and reruns went until 1996. Since then the show is considered mostly lost, and according to Wikipedia, only 2 of 24 episodes are found, if that. Lost media has been a really interesting topic to me for a while now, and I kinda always had the idea of drawing Moxy in the back of my head for a bit.
Anyway, there's your history lesson for today. Hopefully I'll have more stuff up soon! Still working on some Scales stuff and the next Pokedex entry.
