Marcel is a nephew of Paudia's ruling monarch, and was kept close to the family until his eventful exile. Now he takes refuge at the City of Chatteau, headed by the feline noble families, the fiercest rival of the canine dynasty of Loupen. Initially known for his budding charm and a strong yet wavering ego, Marcel has spent his new life alongside a small street troupe having taken the honorary role of leader. He believes that the uncle's family had wronged him, yet he fears to return home as the famed 'great thief' of Loupen.
