A refsheet for my coeurl, Panthea! She's from Newfoundland, and has such a thick Newfie accent she's often mistaken for Irish. She lives alone in a small house by the sea. She loves tea and baking, and uses a lot of cloudberries in her baking. She picks them once a week from the fields and forests near her house, where they grow wild. She works part time as a bartender in Port Aux Basques, and rides her bike to work. She's small, but a lot tougher than she looks. After she gets home from work, she likes to curl up in an armchair by the fire with a nice hot cup of tea and watch TV until she falls asleep. Most of her friends live on the mainland, and she gets lonely sometimes, but she makes a point of keeping in touch when she can.

Being a coeurl, she needs lots of phosphorus and iron in her diet. Though she gets most of this from food and dietary supplements, there's really no substitute for blood and bone. But, she won't drink your blood unless you want her to.
