2017 art, another one of those "I drew them once then completely forgot about them" characters, Rana.
People seem to really like it when I draw chubby girls, beach scenes, and chubby girls on the beach, so why not?
for this one I also decided to try giving her some "chubbier" facial features (though not quite as exaggerated as what I tried on Holly), and this was probably my first time in ages attempting to draw a hat like this.
