Little Alvin is a young childe who's family got chased out of the ruins after some... questionably legal activity. Since then he's been on a bit of a rebellious streak, a nervous stuttery child who will nevertheless shout 'Down with the authority' and throw bags of itching powder at every cat in sight should they show even the slightest flair of antagonism towards he and his friends.
