Gahriom and Lasciel are a couple of bounty hunters who operate in the Valencia Commonwealth and the nort frontier with the Crusader kingdoms, they are known in the night world by their impressively well coordinated teamwork, their habilities complete eachother inside and outside battle in curious ways.
Gahriom is a banished dragon, he is the fruit of the high queen infidelity, she cuckolded the high king and indulged in adultery with his rival the Great Brass lord, this caused immense turmoil among the dragon realms and almost caused a civil war, they took almost 130 years of deliberation to decide what to do with Gahriom since even being a bastard he had royal blood and couldnt simply be killed, meanwhile he took this time to learn everything he could in his homeland,he had no time to master anything but he managed to gather a solid amount of knowledge in magic and the basics of melee combat before being banished.
In battle he is like a tank his massive body can take ludicrous amounts of punishment, he requires no armour since his draconic skin can block everything but dedicated anti vehicle weapons, and even the few bullets that can pierce him still will met a generous coat of body fat behind his hide making him remarkably hard to kill,another feat of his voluptuous body is the magic tolerance, he can cast a incredible high number of spells without risk of getting burned by the magical entropy.
Outside the battle he completely different from what his appearance may suggest, he is a well versed diplomat, his time in the draconic court teached him all the manners to talk with pampered nobles, he can easily get away of tense situations with the autorites with a bit of dialogue.
Lasciel can be described as a problematic witch, no one truly knows how old he is or what is his story, any attempt of digging on his memories is met with remarkably rage, even Gahriom don't dare to bother his partner with such questions, the only clue known about his past is that he used to be a dancer and this lead to some terrible trauma.
In battle Lasciel is a vicious foe, he uses a combination of acrobatics ,magic and firearms with terrifying efficiency, he have absolutely no hindrance of using lethal force even against innocents, every kill he scores bring a little sooth to his troubled mind apparently.
Outside battle he is no less dangerous, speak to him is like walking a minefield, you never know what will trigger his rage, especially if the one trying to speak with him is a female, for some unknown reason he hates women fervorously, altought all this peculiarities his value comes in technical matters, Lasciel is a expert in weaponry, from the flintlock to the railgun he knows almost everything about it, his expertize also extent to machines in general its rare to find a machine that he cant dominate.
